Services include 24-hour emergency coverage, advanced technology and diagnostic support, as well as specialty surgical programs and inpatient and outpatient services.
The delivery of healthcare services in Ontario is being transformed. Governing Guelph General Hospital through these changing times is a dynamic, volunteer Board of Directors. We are seeking interested and dedicated individuals to help guide us towards achieving our vision:

We welcome applicants who reflect the diversity of our community and have demonstrated senior leadership and board experience. We are searching for three individuals with previous board experience and expertise in the following areas:
- System Integration
- Technology/Digital Health
The Board is responsible for the overall governance of the affairs of the Guelph General Hospital. In addition to attending monthly Board meetings, members also take part in one or more Board Committees that focus on specific areas of the hospital’s activities. Committees of the Board include a focus on audit, governance, quality, human resources, finances and facilities.
As a contributor at the Board level, you will provide your professional knowledge and governance expertise to policy formation, decision-making and oversight of quality of care and financial viability.
