Sample Will Clauses

Unrestricted Use
To pay to The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital the sum of $........ , (or percentage share of my estate) to be used for such purposes of The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital as its Board of Directors may from time to time determine;  and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer of The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital or other person properly authorized to give receipts shall be sufficient discharge for the same.  

Restricted Use
To pay to The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital the sum of $.......... , (or percentage share of my estate) to be used for .......... ;  and I declare that the receipt of The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital or other person properly authorized to give receipts shall be sufficient discharge for the same.

Restricted Use
To pay to The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital the sum of $ ..........  , (or percentage share of my estate) to be held in its endowment and kept invested, and the income from such sum shall be used for ............; and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer of the ABC Sample Charity or other person properly authorized to give receipts shall be sufficient discharge for the same.
